DOME Earring

The DOME Earrings from the JABAL Collection are inspired by the presence of mountains and the weight of boulders resting in the valley. A study of mass, balance, and grounded form translated into a sculptural, wearable object.

The rounded dome shape references stone and volume, while the suspended form introduces a sense of movement and lightness. The design explores the contrast between heaviness and flow, permanence and motion, creating a piece that feels both grounded and fluid.

Crafted in sterling silver or vermeil and set with opal, these earrings are designed as statement objects that remain calm and considered. The scale is deliberate, offering presence without excess and allowing the form to speak for itself.

Opal here is not used as decoration, but as light. It reflects the soft, shifting colours of dusk and dawn, the moment when the landscape changes quietly and the mountains seem to hold both shadow and glow at once. Each stone carries its own variation, making every pair slightly different.
