Shipping
We make every effort to dispatch your order within the delivery timeframe selected below. Occasionally, an item may be out of stock or made to order. In these cases, we will do our best to complete and send your order as quickly as possible. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified promptly.

$50 via private courier (4 to 8 business days)
Please note that shipping charges do not include international duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and may be payable upon delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as we are unable to reroute parcels once they have been dispatched from our studio.
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances outside our control, we will let you know as soon as possible and do our best to minimise the delay. While we are not liable for delays caused by such events, you may contact us if the delay becomes substantial and we will refund any goods paid for but not received.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your HAK purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To arrange a return, please email hello@hakthelabel.com and include:
- A copy of your receipt
- Your telephone number and address
- The reason for return
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked or registered delivery service, as HAK cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
