Eligibility of Purchase
To place an order through our website, you may be required to register and provide personal information. You agree to provide accurate and complete details, including your name, phone number, email address, and any other required information.
By placing an order, you confirm that all payment details provided are valid, accurate, and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
HAK offers products that are in stock and available for dispatch from our studio. In some cases, we may be awaiting stock from our workshop. In such instances, your order will be prioritised once the item is available.
Occasionally, we may be unable to fulfil an order due to production issues or quality control checks. If this occurs, we will notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 days.
We make every effort to ensure that all product information, including pricing, is accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur, including inaccuracies in descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time, including after an order has been placed. We also reserve the right to change product prices at any time.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch your order within the timeframe selected at checkout. However, delays may occur if an item is out of stock or made to order. We will always do our best to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible. If we are unable to dispatch your order, you will be notified promptly.
Worldwide Shipping
$40 via private courier (4–7 business days)
Please note that shipping costs do not include international duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, courier services, and destination.
Tracking information will be sent automatically once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances outside our control, we will inform you as soon as possible. While we are not liable for such delays, you may contact us to cancel your order if the delay is substantial, and we will refund any goods not received.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your HAK purchase. If not, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged for store credit.
To initiate a return, please email hello@hakthelabel.com and include:
- A copy of your receipt
- Your telephone number and address
- The reason for return
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
